Stress Intelligence Series
A powerhouse combination of our most popular program “All Stressed Up With No Place to Go”, and our newest program “How to Make Stress Work For You”. Stress Intelligence teaches participants how to stop the harmful effects of stress and how to use stress to their advantage to improve performance, creativity and problem solving as well as boost their health, happiness and life satisfaction.
Length: Variable – 2 hours to 3 hours. Length of the program depends upon how much time the client can afford to invest. The complete program is deployed is in each length, 2 hours, 2.5 hours, or 3 hours is the same. The difference is how much time is given to do exercises and engage discussions during and at the end of the workshop. We recommend the longer version as the cost is the same and post-workshop retention, engagement and ROI is higher as the time investment is increased. The Stress Intelligence program includes a complete workbook for each participant with individual and organizational action plans.

Being Your Best Self!
We all have two selves, our Best‐Self and something less. When you ask anyone around you, your bosses, co‐workers, customers, family, kids, friends and even strangers which self they would rather see show up, the answer is always the Best‐Self. Unfortunately, that is not always the Self that shows up.
Being Your Best-Self guides each participant through a self-inventory exercise to discover their Best-Self and their less-than-best-self.
